BANNETON BASKETS / HOME & KITCHEN
A stronger Amazon growth system turned slowed performance into more revenue with less ad spend.
Banneton had a proven product in a competitive baking category, but growth was being constrained by the way advertising, conversion, organic visibility, and marketplace execution were working in isolation.
Vision Orix rebuilt those pieces around one commercial objective: create more efficient growth from the traffic and demand already available to the brand.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The product was not the problem.
The growth system was.
Banneton was operating in a growing sourdough and artisan baking niche, but sales had plateaued. The listing was not converting traffic as strongly as it could, organic visibility was limited, and PPC activity was carrying too much of the growth burden.
Rather than treating those issues separately, Vision Orix connected search strategy, listing conversion, creative, paid media, and brand visibility. The objective was not simply to spend more. It was to make each part of the Amazon account improve the performance of the others.
THE GROWTH CONSTRAINTS
Where performance was leaking
Growth had plateaued
Monthly sales were no longer moving consistently upward, leaving the account without a clear path from baseline performance to scalable growth.
Organic visibility was limited
Important category searches were not generating enough organic visibility, which increased dependence on paid traffic for discovery.
Conversion was limiting traffic value
The listing needed a stronger persuasive structure and clearer product storytelling so more of the traffic already reaching the detail page could convert.
Advertising was inefficient
Broad targeting and weak segmentation were creating wasted spend. PPC needed tighter structure, clearer keyword roles, and better allocation of budget.
WHAT VISION ORIX CHANGED
Rebuild the commercial foundation, then make paid growth work harder.
Search & conversion
We expanded keyword research, restructured the listing, and improved the way title, bullets, description, and backend search terms aligned with shopper intent.
Creative & merchandising
Product imagery and A+ content were strengthened to communicate quality, use cases, and the artisan baking outcome more clearly.
Paid growth
Campaigns were segmented more deliberately, bidding was tightened, and waste reduction became part of the growth plan rather than an afterthought.
Organic & brand visibility
Paid activity, search relevance, Storefront improvements, branded keyword defense, and promotional activity were coordinated to support broader marketplace visibility.

PERFORMANCE EVIDENCE
Amazon performance before and after the optimization period
The screenshots below are the existing Amazon performance evidence attached to this case study. We have preserved them as the primary visual proof rather than extrapolating additional metrics from the images.
Before — November 2025

After — December 2025

WHY THE RESULT MATTERS
PPC became more efficient because the rest of the account became stronger.
Advertising was only one part of the intervention. Better search relevance, stronger product messaging, improved creative, and more deliberate marketplace execution gave paid traffic a better environment in which to perform.
That is the Vision Orix model: diagnose where growth is leaking, rebuild the commercial foundation, scale what works, and sustain performance as the account becomes more efficient.
